Shipping & Delivery Policy

Hané Pâtisserie delivers freshly crafted desserts and cakes within selected areas across the UAE. Delivery availability, charges, and estimated timing may vary depending on your location, order type, and delivery schedule.


Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to selected locations within the UAE. Available delivery areas are shown at checkout before payment.

For delivery to Abu Dhabi or Fujairah, please contact us on WhatsApp at +971 50 944 1965 before placing your order. We will confirm availability, charges, and timing directly with you.

If your location is not shown at checkout, please reach out before ordering.


Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and shown at checkout:

  • Standard Delivery (Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai and surrounding areas): AED 10
  • Delivery – Other Emirates (Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, etc.): AED 20
  • Abu Dhabi & Fujairah: Contact us on WhatsApp before ordering — +971 50 944 1965

Fees may also vary based on order volume, delivery urgency, special handling, or event and corporate logistics.


Delivery Timing

  • Standard dessert orders: Next day or selected delivery slot
  • Custom cakes and bulk orders: 24–48 hours
  • Event and corporate orders: Timing confirmed after order discussion

We do our best to deliver within the selected time slot. Delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather, building access issues, an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Customer Responsibility

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. You are responsible for providing: correct name and mobile number, complete delivery address (apartment/villa number, building name, area and emirate), and any access instructions.

If the address is incorrect or you are unavailable at delivery, the order may be delayed or returned. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.


Handling of Desserts

Our desserts are delicate and temperature-sensitive. Once delivered: refrigerate cakes and chilled desserts immediately unless otherwise advised; consume within the recommended timeframe; do not leave desserts in direct sunlight, warm rooms, or vehicles.

Hané Pâtisserie is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or storage after delivery.


Failed Delivery

A delivery may be considered failed if the customer does not respond to calls or messages, the address is incorrect or incomplete, the recipient is unavailable, the location is inaccessible, or the order is refused. In such cases, the order may not be eligible for a refund.
